Do you feel special when someone tells you that they are praying for you. Receiving a prayer is getting a special gift, not a human gift, but a spiritual gift……even better. On the flip side, having the opportunity to send such a powerful gift, usually takes that “helplessness” away. In fact, you gave the best gift………the gift of love (in the form of a prayer)…… of all.
“So that Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith—that you, being rooted and grounded in love, may have strength to comprehend with all the saints what is the breadth and length and height and depth, and to know the love of Christ that surpasses knowledge, that you may be filled with all the fullness of God” (Eph. 3:17–19).
